Important Dates Chiang Mai

Date of landing
Don't land later than 21st September 2008 noon, as our program starts on 22nd September sharp at 9 AM. We always recommend landing a few days earlier to get adapted to the place and for this we have arranged for accommodation from 12 noon of 21st September 2008

Airport Pick up and transfer

• We have free Airport pick up from Chiang Mai Airport and transfer to accommodation for on 21st September 2008 anytime. (confirm us your time of landing)

• Teachers landing before 21st September 2008 in Chiang Mai can arrange for their own stay and join us at our resort on 21st September from 12 noon. (details will be emailed)

Accommodation Availability

• Accommodation in Chiang Mai is available from 12 noon 21st September 2008. Teachers landing before that must arrange for their own accommodation.

• Accommodation in Chiang Mai will be till 17th October 2008, 12 noon; we will try our best to transfer you to the school accommodation by then. But if the school semester starts a little later (max 3-5 days) you will need to arrange your own accommodation for those days few days. From our past experience we have seen many teachers take advantage of this gap and make short trips to nearby places. However this is only possible once you know your start date with the school.

NB: Your school may be in any part of Thailand, you need to arrange your own transportation to your school from your training venue. We will be there to guide you

TEFL Program

• The TESOL Certificate Program starts on Monday, 22nd September 2008, sharp at 9 AM

• The TESOL Certificate Course will end on 10th October 2008

• The program is normally conducted Monday to Friday, but additional classes may be organized on 1 or 2 Saturdays also.

Phuket

Important Dates Phuket - New Project

Date of landing
Don't land later than 28th September 2008 noon, as our program starts on 29th September sharp at 9 AM. We always recommend landing a few days earlier to get adapted to the place and for this we have arranged for accommodation from 12 noon of 27th September 2008.

Airport Pick up and transfer

• We have free Airport pick up from Phuket Airport and transfer to accommodation for on 27th 2008 & 28th September. (Pick up time will be intimated by email later)

• Teachers landing before 27th September 2008 in Phuket can arrange for their own stay and join us at our resort on 27th September from 12 noon. (details will be emailed)

Accommodation Availability

• Accommodation in Phuket is available from 12 noon 27th September 2008. Teachers landing before that must arrange for their own accommodation.

• Accommodation in Phuket will be till 18th October 2008, 12 noon; All the teachers will be transferred to Bangkok on 18th October [Flight details will be emailed later]

• ESL Orientation by our placement partner will be conducted in Bangkok from 22nd October until 25th October. Teachers needs to stay in Bangkok same hotel until then. We will provide hotel stay during that time [Double occupancy only]

• Transfer to school for teaching assignment will be from 26th October and teaching assignment will begin from 1st November to 3rd November.

NB: Your school may be in any part of Thailand, you need to arrange your own transportation to your school from your training venue. We will be there to guide you

• The TESOL Certificate Course will end on 17th October 2008

• ESL Orientation will be conducted in Bangkok from 22nd October until 25th October. Teachers needs to stay in Bangkok same hotel until then. We will provide hotel stay during that time [Double occupancy only]

• Teachers can choose to stay back in Phuket until 20th October or join Bangkok accommodation anytime after 19th October.

* The New Phuket Project is designed for a new group of schools with some specific requirements. Teachers who have signed up our Phuket Special project starting from 22nd September will still follow the same terms and conditions as mentioned earlier. Pattaya

Airport Pick up and transfer

• We have free Airport pick up from Bangkok International Airport at 12 noon and transfer to accommodation for on 13th October 2008

• Teachers landing before 13th October 2008 in Pattaya can arrange for their own stay and join us at our resort on 13th October from 12 noon or can join us at the International Airport on 13th October noon to avail the free pick up from Bangkok to Pattaya. (details will be emailed)

• Accommodation in Pattaya is available from 12 noon 13th October 2008. Teachers landing before that must arrange for their own accommodation.

• Accommodation in Pattaya will be till 19th October 2008, 12 noon; we will try our best to transfer you to the school accommodation by then.
